Overall it was very good. However, communication could have been improved, e.g., when the bar closed (different time from what was noted on the website). And notice of filming on Friday resulting in not being able to use the bar for a period of time is another example.

Everything was fresh and good. I like eating fruits and vegetables at the breakfast but there were only tomatoes and cucumber.

The location and staff were both excellent. I really was disappointed that the room did not have air conditioning, which was advertised. We were told that only heat was available this time of year (mid October), but it was warm outside and extremely warm in the room without opening the windows. During the day, windows open was not an issue, but at night we were not able to get a good night sleep due to the road noise. I would probably not stay at the hotel again because of this reason.

So much was good about hotel Lumin that we would return. It was just such a pity that our chosen room had to be relinquished for a smaller room and breakfast. Given the warm/hot weather It would have been better to have not put us in there for one uncomfortable night especially as the fridge was so ineffective we had to keep it's cupboard door open to let the warm air it produced escape

Very good experience. Clean and tidy. Nice decor. Good location. Helpful staff. Coffee machine, fridge and kettle in room. Good toiletries.Only negative was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

The lift is very slow, the hotel is tired.

Ok - the rooms are too cramped and too dark, difficult to get ready to do hair and make-up, no where convenient to put your toiletries etc
