The overall hotel was great! You can't beat the location and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was also good and cozy, but I do wish there was more privacy with the toilet even just frosted glass would make a big difference.

I was expected the room to be cleaner and nicer. It was small. Also, being on the street side is quite noisy

It was lovely. Great location for visiting the Louvre and walking all over Paris. The hotel was on a fairly quiet street (relative thing in Paris)...glad that there weren't night clubs or similar below us. Love being able to get fresh air into the room by opening the doors to the balcony.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. Unfortunately the street noise can be bothersome. But the quality of the staff makes up for it.

Amazing! We loved our stay and would highly recommend. The boutique feel of the hotel is such a nice change from large hotel chains. Location is amazing just a couple of blocks from the Louvre, de Orsey, and two metro stations Pyramides and Tuileries so you can easily get every where you want. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and a pharmacy on the corner. Luxury shops (Dior, LVMH) all within walking distance.

We will not be staying at the hotel again. Considering we were there on business for a big company, the hotel manager just lost thousands of euros in future revenues because he was too short sighting to see and focused on the 800 euros he wanted to make today. Bad business

Nevertheless, we did offer you a voucher for the last night of your stay as a goodwill gesture, which you rejected.We would like to clarify that all of our standard rooms come with complimentary water; please inform us immediately if this is missing, as unlimited still and sparkling water are available to our guests. A wonderful experience for our first trip to Paris. The location was excellent and the rooms were just what we wanted. They were able to check us in early when our flight landed at noon, and aside from my confusion/error around checking out (my apologies), it was a perfect stay.

The lack of a shower and bar service left me with a poor experience.
